Generally the total weight of body fat is subdivided in three categories.

▪︎ ESSENTIAL BODY FAT :-

This amount of body fat is needed to protect the body from infectious diseases and to protect the internal organs from bruising damage.

▪︎ RESERVED BODY FAT :-

The amount of additional body fat that does not cause any medical risks, and provides a reservoir of “fuel” for use by the body.

▪︎ EXCESS BODY FAT :-

The amount of body fat that is over and above the combination of Essential Body Fat plus Reserve Body Fat. Excess Body Fat causes the risk of serious health problems such as strokes, heart attacks, diabetes and certain forms of cancer.

MAJOR RULES FOR FAT LOSS

#1 Include some Low-cal veggies with every meal.

#2 Divide Your Daily Food In 4 to 5 meals.

#3 Include Some Lean Protien In most of the meal.

#4 Eat fruits or veggies and limited Snacking.

#5 Stay active in workout at least 3 times a week.

#6 Stick to Low calorie Drinks and Beverages.

#7 Take proper sleep of 7 to 8 Hours to restore energy.

#8 Make A proper Calorie Intake chart as per meal

You can calculate your calorie intake and apply it to your diet.

To calculate required calories for a day. just multiply the number between 10-14 into total value of your weight in pounds.

Example. If your weight is 67Kg 148 Pound/lbs.

So, 14 × 148 = 2072 calories a day.
